Resolving Conflict.
Restoring Relationships.

Workplace, employment and commercial mediation for people and businesses who want to move the conversation forward.

Conflict can be costly, stressful and distracting — whether it arises in the workplace, between business partners, or within a wider commercial relationship.

Wavelength Mediation helps employers, leadership teams, commercial parties and individuals resolve disputes constructively, confidentially and with a clear focus on lasting outcomes.

Led by Kerry Kirby, a CEDR-accredited mediator, Wavelength Mediation provides calm, impartial and effective mediation support for workplace, employment, and civil/commercial disputes, throughout the UK and internationally.

Why choose Wavelength Mediation?

Creating space for a different conversation

Disputes can quickly become entrenched. Communication breaks down, positions harden and people lose focus on the goal of resolution.

At Wavelength we create space for a different conversation.

Parties get the chance to be heard, to understand each other’s needs more clearly, to explore solutions – and where possible, get back on the same wavelength.

Whether the aim is to address difficulties in a working relationship, resolve a commercial disagreement, or simply find a practical way forward, Wavelength Mediation can help.

Areas of practice.

Who we help

WORKPLACE MEDIATION

Team breakdowns, interpersonal conflict, communication difficulties and ongoing tension within organisations.

EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES

Grievances, disciplinary concerns, dismissal issues and other employment-related conflict, for individuals and employers alike.

COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Business disagreements, contract or partnership issues, and civil disputes where practical resolution is preferable to litigation.

A typical Wavelength mediation

  • 1

    Initial conversation

A confidential discussion to understand the dispute and establish if mediation is the best fit.

  • 2

    Preparation meetings

The mediator has a discussion with each party to explain the process, answer questions and understand the key issues.

  • 3

    Mediation meeting

A structured and impartial mediation session. The mediator supports the parties to explore concerns, identify any common ground, and focus on possible solutions.

  • 4

    Resolution

If an agreement is reached, the key outcomes can be recorded and next steps agreed.

  • 5

    Moving forward

Whether restoring a working relationship, resolving a commercial dispute or simply achieving greater clarity, the focus is on helping parties move forward constructively.
