About Kerry…

I help businesses and individuals resolve conflict - the kind that disrupts relationships, consumes management time and prevents everyone involved from moving forward.

I am a CEDR-accredited mediator, employment lawyer, and the founder of Wavelength Mediation.

My mediation practice is shaped by my unique combination of legal expertise, commercial understanding and practical problem solving.

I bring to mediation the perspective of an employment lawyer, with a career spanning more than 20 years and developed within leading City law firms.

I understand how disputes unfold and what is genuinely at stake - legally, commercially and personally.

I advised employers, businesses and senior leaders on complex and sensitive workplace matters - from discrimination and bullying & harassment to senior executive disputes, grievances and settlement negotiations.

My approach is calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused, which helps parties navigate difficult issues and move forward with confidence.
